Christopher Simmons is the Global Head of HRIS and People Analytics at Ferrero since 2025. They previously served as the Global Head of HR Services at Siemens Healthineers from 2020 to 2023 and as the Global Head of HR Transformation at Siemens Gamesa from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at PepsiCo, including Europe C&B Analyst and HR Transformation Program Lead. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Portsmouth and a degree in Human Resources Management from Kingston University.
