Debarati is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as HR Director (Functions) for Ferrero, Debarati oversees supply chain, corporate functions, R&D, and global functions within the Asia Pacific region. Previous positions include Commercial HR Business Partner for South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan, as well as HR Business Partner responsibilities in the same region.
