Ehsan Jenab

Ehsan Jenab is an R&D Manager at Ferrero, leading efforts at the Chicago Innovation Center since January 2024. Previously, Ehsan served as Principal Scientist at Tate & Lyle from March 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included spearheading technical services for major consumer packaged goods accounts and developing new food technologies. Ehsan's background also includes roles as Project Manager and Senior Research Scientist within Global R&D at Tate & Lyle, overseeing projects in texturizing and nutritional ingredients, and a Team Lead position at the University of Alberta, managing a $1.5M artificial photosynthesis project. Ehsan's early career involved significant scientific contributions at FORGE Hydrocarbons and academic positions at the University of Alberta, focusing on food chemistry and engineering. Ehsan holds a PhD in Food Engineering from the University of Alberta, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering and Food Science and Technology, respectively.
