Eylem Ece Henderson

Eylem Ece Henderson is a food science and technology professional with a diverse background in product development, quality assurance, and education. Currently serving as a Nutella Technologist at Ferrero since January 2024, Eylem previously worked as an Application Specialist at Gastrograph AI and as a Research and Development Technologist at McCormick & Company, where responsibilities included developing new sauces and presenting products to customers. Eylem's experience also includes serving as Quality Assurance Responsible at Orion Ingredients, where expertise in ISO certification and food safety was demonstrated. Eylem has a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Engineering from Ege University, along with additional studies in food science and culinary arts from institutions including the University of Helsinki and Anadolu University.
