Ferry Posch has over 10 years of experience in various maintenance roles, primarily with Ferrero oHG mbH, where they have held several leadership positions, including Leiter Produktionsfaktorenanalyse and Leiter Instandhaltung. With a strong background in budget management, organization, and the application of LEAN and TPM tools, they have also contributed to industrial investment planning and training. Ferry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA Eng.) and a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
