Gabor Toth

Gabor Toth is an experienced Learning and Capability Expert and HRIS specialist with a career spanning over two decades in the fields of training, development, and human resources. Previously at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, Gabor contributed to leadership and capabilities initiatives in a multinational and virtual environment. Subsequent roles at Ferrero as a Talent Development, Training Coordinator, and HRIS specialist involved comprehensive responsibilities in employee onboarding, performance management, and the implementation of HR digital tools across multiple European countries. Earlier experiences also include significant roles at Magyar Telekom, where Gabor focused on learning and development, training strategy, and performance management system support. Gabor holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Budapest and a qualification in New Media Engineering.
