Giulia Capellaro

Giulia Capellaro is a postgraduate with an LL.M. in European Studies. They began their professional journey as a Security Manager for the HSMUN•ROME and MUN•ROME 2017 conferences, where they led a team and managed logistics. Later, they served as a Head Delegate for HSMUN•NEW YORK, guiding high school students through their training. Giulia gained experience in food law and regulatory affairs as a Food Law & Regulatory Intern and subsequently as a Food Regulatory Counsel at Ferrero. Most recently, they worked as an AML Compliance Analyst at Amazon. Their academic background includes a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a postgraduate LL.M. from the European College of Parma Foundation, graduating with honors.
