Jochem Monard

Jochem Monard is an experienced executive with a robust background in business development and sales within the food industry. Currently serving as the Head of B2B at Ferrero, Jochem oversees the B2B Commercial Business Unit for the Ferrero Hazelnut Company, established post the mergers of Oltan Group and Stelliferi Group. Prior to this role, Jochem was the Global Key Account & Business Development Director for Frozen Fruit Solutions at AGRANA Fruit, focusing on global sales strategies across multiple countries. Jochem’s extensive experience at Dirafrost included positions as Sales and Business Development Director and Global Sales and Supply Chain Director, where responsibilities included managing P&L and implementing sales strategies. Early in the career, Jochem held roles at Konings NV as Business Development Manager and Export Manager.
