Joy Hou

Joy Hou is a highly motivated Supply Chain professional with over eight years of experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior Demand Planner at Ferrero since 2024. Previously, Joy held positions at Finlays, L’Oréal, and Dotcom Distribution, where they honed their analytical and organizational skills while managing complex supply chain processes. Joy earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Psychology and later obtained an MBA in Financial Management and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University.
