Koen Baas has extensive experience in brand management and marketing, currently serving as Global Sr Brand Manager for Nutella Core Innovation at Ferrero since October 2017, following roles including Global Innovation Manager for Biscuits and Group Brand Manager. Prior to Ferrero, Koen held positions at Mondelēz International from October 2012 to October 2017, including Senior Brand Manager for Philadelphia UK and Sr Brand Manager for belVita Breakfast in Benelux. Earlier experience includes roles at Kraft Foods Group and HAK, where Koen worked as a Brand Marketeer and Product Manager, respectively. Koen Baas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completing the program in 2007.
