Lapo Civiletti

Lapo Civiletti is the current CEO of Ferrero. Lapo was previously the CEO of the Ferrara Candy Company from January 2013 to September 2021. Lapo was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organization, including the development and communication of the mission, vision and values of the company. Lapo also led the company through its acquisition of the Nestlé U.S. confections business, stabilizing and reenergizing the portfolio. Under their leadership, the Ferrara Candy Company saw a 150% increase in profit in three years.

Prior to their work at the Ferrara Candy Company, Civiletti was an operating partner at Catterton from January 2007 to December 2013. Lapo was also a founding partner at Mindset Group from January 2005 to December 2007.

Lapo Civiletti holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a Doctor of Law from Saint Louis University School of Law.
