Lisa Lambertini

Rocher Process Technologist

Lisa Lambertini has a strong background in food science and technology, with relevant experience in several prominent companies. At Ferrero, Lisa worked as a Production Supervisor and Rocher Process Technologist from May 2020 to February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Production Supervisor at Lindt & Sprüngli and quality trainee at Danone, where Lisa organized tasting sessions and supported new product launches. Internships at Università degli studi di Parma and TNO provided exposure to food microbiology and dough rheology research.
