Matteo Comoglio

Matteo Comoglio is currently the Head of Operations at Ferrero, a role they assumed in 2023. They have held various leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board and General Director, and have served as Engineering Continuous Improvement Global Lead and Head of Engineering for the Far East Region. Prior to joining Ferrero, Matteo was the Head of Project Management in China at Bitron and contributed to TRW as a DFMEA Coordinator and Application Engineer. Their educational background includes a Master of Science from Politecnico di Torino and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi, among other qualifications.
