Melanie Lim

Melanie Lim, CPA, is a seasoned risk manager with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance, currently managing internal control and risk for Ferrero France. Having started their career in auditing roles with PwC and BDO Canada, they later transitioned to Desjardins, where they further honed their auditing skills. They have lived in both France and Canada, enriching their professional journey with diverse cultural experiences. Education-wise, Lim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a DESS in Accounting from ESG UQAM, alongside a minor in Cinematic Studies from Université de Montréal.
