Milo De Meester is currently serving as the Global Category Leader for Flavors, Chemicals, Emulfiers, and Fruits at Ferrero, a role they began in 2023. Previously, they gained experience as a Global Buyer for Dairy Ingredients and held a procurement integration role within the same company. In 2004, Milo completed a stage at Caseificio "Il Forteto," focusing on cheese production and chemical analyses, and authored a bachelor's thesis on HACCP systems in cheese factories.
