Roberta Pusceddu is an experienced R&D professional at Ferrero, serving as R&D Lab Manager for Core Tech Processing and previously as Product Technical Performance Manager and R&D Lab Manager. Since October 2013, Roberta has led the R&D laboratory at the Ferrero Food Hangzhou Plant, focusing on product development and supporting local technology initiatives. Prior to this, Roberta gained experience as a lab specialist coordinating product scale-up processes and completed internships in nutrition and microbiology at several institutions, including Ferrero and Azienda Ospedaliera Ospedale Niguarda Ca' Granda. Roberta holds a Master’s degree in Scienza e Tecnologia dell'Alimentazione e della Nutrizione Umana from Michele Ferrero, a MSc in Scienze dell'Alimentazione e della Nutrizione Umana from Università degli Studi di Milano, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Università degli Studi di Torino.
