Ruth Webster

Ruth Webster currently serves as the Regional Head of Procurement for UK & Ireland at Ferrero since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ruth held the position of Head of Indirect Procurement at Nomad Foods from December 2020 to May 2024 and was Procurement Director at KP Snacks from July 2014 to December 2020, overseeing total direct and indirect spend. Ruth’s experience includes serving as Head of Procurement for Corporate Services at Premier Foods, where all Corporate Services spend was managed, and as Head of Category for Packaging, responsible for Group plastics spend across over 35 manufacturing sites. Additional roles include Senior Purchasing Manager at RHM and Sourcing Group Manager at GSK, where responsibilities spanned various procurement roles within both Consumer Healthcare and Pharmaceutical divisions. Ruth started their career as a Customer Service Manager at Vertex Data Science, leading a team focused on compensation claims. Ruth holds a BA Honours degree in Management Studies and Spanish from the University of Leeds and a MCIPS qualification from the University of West London.
