Simon Shi

Simon Shi is a Solution Architect with a strong background in enterprise architecture and data analytics. Currently serving as an Enterprise Architect at Ferrero since 2022, Simon continues to deepen their expertise in the field. Previously, they held various roles, including IT Manager at Fast Retailing, where they gained insights into cultural diversity in IT functions, and Retail Analytic Manager at Disney Store, where they developed skills in retail business and team management. Simon also has experience as Head of Data Architecture Team at HYPERS, enhancing their knowledge in digital transformation for FMCG companies, and began their career as a Senior Analyst at PwC, transitioning from finance to IT. Simon earned an MBA from BI Norwegian School of Management between 2011 and 2013.
