Somer Stankey, MBA, is a driven team member focused on food safety and quality in global ice cream product innovation. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Quality Design at Ferrero since 2026, Somer ensures that food safety and quality principles are integrated throughout the ice cream development lifecycle. Previously, Somer held various positions in quality assurance and product design across notable companies, including The J.M. Smucker Company and Wells Enterprises. Somer earned an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Management from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
