Sylvie Escobar

Sylvie Escobar is an accomplished Human Resources Director currently leading HR initiatives at Ferrero since April 2023. Previously, Sylvie served as Director of Human Resources at Aptar from April 2012 to April 2022, managing HR for a workforce of 2,200 employees and overseeing critical functions such as personnel administration, payroll, and social relations. Prior to that role, Sylvie held the position of Human Resources Director at Signature Group from 2009 to 2012, where responsibilities included HR management for 1,500 employees across multiple companies. Sylvie began their career in human resources at Valeo, working from October 1979 to December 1994, and has been a member of various executive committees throughout these roles. Sylvie holds a DESA in Administration and Management of Human Resources from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, earned between 1982 and 1989.
