Brand Manager - Cookies Innovation

Tom Willett is an accomplished brand manager with extensive experience in consumer goods and marketing. Currently serving as the Brand Manager for Cookies Innovation at Ferrero since August 2021, Tom leads the innovation strategy and pipeline for several cookie brands, successfully launching the 2023 Chips Deluxe Fudgy chocolate chip cookie. Prior to Ferrero, Tom worked as a Marketing Consultant at TJW, Inc., where notable clients included Ferrara Candy Company and Mizkan Americas. Previous roles at U.S. Cellular, Temple Rock Productions, The Regan Group, Beats by Dr. Dre, and Constellation Brands highlight Tom's expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and retail marketing, contributing to significant sales growth and successful repositioning initiatives. Tom holds a BA in Communications from Willamette University and has furthered education through Kellogg and MIT Sloan Executive Education programs.
