Ya Li is an IT Business Partner and PMP®-certified Strategic Global Program Leader with over 15 years of experience in IT enterprise-level transformation across various sectors including Legal Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, and Data Governance. Ya has led multicultural teams in over 50 countries, fostering clarity and momentum through structured and strategic influence. Previously, Ya held roles at Ferrero as IT Legal and IA&CC Platform Leader and at Accenture as Team Lead Manager and Project Manager, overseeing significant project implementations and mergers. Ya earned a degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and is currently expanding into wine analysis and sensory evaluation while continuing to drive business impact in the corporate world.
