Since 1987 (1980 if you count our time as a Citizens Advice Bureaux project) we've led the way in using technology to provide accurate and useful information and advice.  With a record that includes the world's first large scale roll out of mobile technology in government and the world's first web based advice system, we've put technology into service for the citizen for longer than anyone else.

We're still breaking new ground; with the broader application of technologies in advice and with our large scale training services adding on-line and eLearning to our traditional face to face work.
