Hideki Ambo

Hideki Ambo is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales, organizational development, and business coaching. After graduating from Kanagawa University, they contributed to talent development and management roles across various organizations, including Solasto and Staff Service. At Novartis Pharma K.K., they led the successful launch of nine products over 17 years, while also enhancing cross-departmental collaboration and customer trust. Currently, as the Head of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sales Division at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, they are focusing on sales strategy and fostering organizational culture aligned with the principle of “People Come First.” Additionally, they are pursuing an MBA at GLOBIS University, further strengthening their leadership capabilities.
