Thomas Vlach

Thomas Vlach has been working at Ferro Corporation since June 2005, initially as an Operation Manager and currently as a Sr. Mfg. Engineer. Thomas is responsible for the technical aspects of custom glass manufacturing, focusing on formulation and high purity processing of glass and powder precursors. Prior to their current role, Thomas worked at CerCo LLC as Tech Sales/New Product Development, assisting customers with custom formulations and material guidance. With a BS/ME degree in Chemistry from Cleveland State University, Thomas has a strong background in sales, marketing, R&D, and process engineering in the ceramic industry.
