William Latine

William Latine is an experienced facility manager with a diverse background in property and construction management. Currently serving as Facility Manager at Ferro Corporation since October 2011, William previously held the role of Construction Site Supervisor at Davis Construction Management, where responsibilities included overseeing demolition and construction projects, coordinating contractor work, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders. Prior to this, William spent over 15 years at Alcan/Novelis Corporation as Facility Manager Technical Maintenance, managing a $3.6 million budget, implementing Environmental Health and Safety programs, and overseeing major build-outs. William also managed 800,000 square feet of commercial property as a Property Manager at LaSalle Partners. Education includes studies at Kent State University and Lakeland Community College.
