Jojo J. started their work experience in 1997 at Xoriant, where they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer until 2001. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at Fujitsu Computer Products of America as a Staff Programmer Analyst. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, they worked at Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc as a Specialist. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc as a Specialist, where they were responsible for managing a team and supporting/developing Oracle ERP and related applications. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Toshiba America Inc as a Project Manager/ERP Solution Architect, successfully driving integration for an internal merger. Currently, they are working at Ferrotec as a Lead Business Analyst since 2020.

Jojo J. holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained two certifications: Smartsheet Essential Training from LinkedIn in January 2020, and Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master from LinkedIn in April 2019.
