Benjamin Juarez

Benjamin Juarez has over 20 years of experience in health, safety, and wellbeing roles. Benjamin currently serves as the Global Director of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing at Ferrovial, where they oversee HSW operations across various industrial sectors. Prior to this, they were the Director of EHS at A/Z Corporation, a Construction Management firm operating in multiple industries. Juarez also held positions at Permasteelisa Group, including Group HSE Manager and Corporate Quality Assurance and Sustainability Director. Benjamin has extensive experience in managing HSE programs and operations in the construction and manufacturing industries. Before joining Permasteelisa Group, Juarez worked as the Corporate Safety Manager at Permasteelisa North America and as the Regional Safety Manager at The Raymond Group. Earlier in their career, they served as the Safety & Training Manager at SBS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED.

Benjamin Juarez, CSP, CHST holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Safety, Security and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Benjamin is also certified as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. In addition, they are an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer (OSHA 500) certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
