Michael Ruesch

Michael Ruesch has extensive experience in production and machining roles, currently serving as an SAP-Key-User and Head of Production Control at Ferrum since December 2023. Prior to this, Michael held positions such as SAP PPDS Process Owner for the USA rollout and Anwendungstechniker at Comet Swiss Schleiftechnik AG from May 2021 to December 2023. Michael's career at Ferrum began in 2002 as a CNC-Dreher, progressing through various leadership roles including Segmentleiter Drehen Schleifen and Segmentleiter Stv. Notable previous employment includes CNC-Dreher positions at Cellpack AG and Mechtronik, as well as a Laser Operator role at Alstom. Michael possesses multiple certifications from Swissmem and other institutions, enhancing skills in leadership and technical expertise, with a foundational education in mechanical engineering completed between 1996 and 2000.
