Pascal Hirt has extensive experience in the engineering and technical fields, currently serving as Head of Development at Ferrum Ltd. since September 2009, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on technical incident resolution, customer inquiries, and complaint handling. Pascal also holds experience as a project leader for development projects and has a background in CNC programming and operation from a previous role at Studer Maschinenbau AG. Early career development included an apprenticeship as a Polymechaniker at Franke Water Systems AG, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
