Barbara Duron has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Barbara started their career at Cryomec, Inc. in 1983, working in administration until 1987. In 1987, Barbara joined PCI as the Director of Human Resources, where they demonstrated their leadership skills and commitment to the role for over 20 years until 2011. In 2014, they joined Tom Ferry as the Human Resources Manager and later progressed to the role of Human Resources Director in January 2021. Barbara has extensive experience in human resources and effective interpersonal interaction.
Barbara Duron obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1981 to 1983. Barbara also attended Althoff Catholic High School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period. Additionally, they hold certifications including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained from SHRM in May 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) obtained from HRCI in May 2001.
