Dale Bjerke

Dale Bjerke is the current Human Resources Advisor at FerskTech. Prior to this, Dale was the Manager of Total Rewards at MTS Systems Corporation from February 2019 to November 2021. In this role, Dale was responsible for leading the design and administration team for employee benefits and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Previously, Dale was the Director of Health and Wellness Benefits at UnitedHealth Group from January 2013 to December 2015. In this role, Dale led the implementation of the Optum Market Benefits Enrollment Platform and was responsible for providing technical support on benefit plan design changes and pricing. Dale also served as the Lead Benefits Compliance Officer, ensuring that all employee benefit plans met all legal and regulatory requirements.

Dale began their career in Human Resources as a Sr Team Lead Benefits at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from January 2010 to December 2013. In this role, Dale was responsible for providing benefits consulting services to clients and overseeing a team of benefits consultants.

Dale Bjerke attended the University of Minnesota and Wayzata Senior High School.
