Islam Masoud

Islam Masoud, MBA, is a seasoned Projects and Operations Expert with over 23 years of experience in the chemicals and fertilizers industries. Currently serving as the Projects and CAPEX Manager at Fertiglobe since 2021, Islam oversees the PMO/PROJECTS department, providing guidance and leadership while collaborating with other departments. Prior to this role, Islam worked as an Operations Superintendent at Egyptian Fertilizers Co. S.A.E from 1999 to 2021, managing ammonia and urea plant operations. Islam holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Alexandria University.
