Graeme Pullen

Graeme Pullen is currently the Director of Innovation and Science at Fertin Pharma A/S, where they leverage project portfolio management, customer insights, and market analysis to drive science-led innovation. With over nine years of experience in new product development management, Graeme has previously held leadership roles at companies including Hollister Incorporated, Dansac A/S, and Coloplast A/S. They earned a PhD in chemistry from The Manchester Metropolitan University and are currently pursuing a degree in Management of Medical Product Innovation at the Scandinavian International Management Institute. Graeme is dedicated to fostering impactful product portfolios that align with customer needs and market demands.
