Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at FertiStream, Sohan excels in procurement and trading across multiple countries in West Africa. They have a strong track record in executing business strategies, managing operations, and building sustainable relationships in the sector. Previous roles include leadership positions at NutriSource Pte Ltd., where Sohan established business in West Africa, and managerial roles at Grafax Group, Mount Meru Group, and others, where they honed expertise in sales, marketing, and operations management. Sohan obtained a PGD-ABPM from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management and is pursuing a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Banaras Hindu University.
