Ryan Webster

Ryan Webster is an experienced electrical power technologist currently employed at Fervo Energy since June 2025, specializing in QA/QC, commissioning, and maintenance. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as an ICE technician at NAES Corporation, focusing on instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems. With a decade-long tenure at Intermountain Power Service Corporation, Ryan served as both an instrumentation and controls technician and an industrial processes operator. Earlier experience includes work as an electrician at Rydalch Electric, where Ryan contributed to various projects, and as a specialty technician at Tri-Technic, handling converter station equipment. Additional roles include management positions in automotive detailing and audio/visual installations. Ryan holds a BS in Management/Marketing from Southern Utah University and a high school diploma from Delta High School.
