Established by Peter J. Ferzan, FERZANCOMPANY is formed after several successful endeavors over many years. With a strong competency across most aspects of programs and projects, he was educated as an architect, and quickly moved towards becoming a client. The first 14 years of his career were spent at Goldman Sachs & Co during the initial growth period of that institution. There, he not only gained practical experience, but was able to set in place many methodologies that Goldman Sachs still uses today. Later, he was a pioneer in the project management services industry, forming Ferzan, Robbins & Associates as one of the first organizations to formalize project management principles in US markets. Following that success, as a Partner of Turner & Townsend, he was able to influence practices on a larger scale. As Managing Principal of FERZANCOMPANY, along with his team of professionals, he maintains strong values as it relates to business principles and now has a refined focus in the services he provides, which exemplify the bond between client and professional consultant.
