Between 2010 and 2016, Björn worked as a Betriebsingenieur and Technischer Assistent at Christiansen Print. They hold a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Clausthal, which they obtained in 2010.
