F. Barron Stone

F. Barron Stone, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and financial reporting. F. Barron served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Festiva Hospitality Group, where they oversaw day-to-day accounting, internal and external reporting, and process improvement. Prior to that, they worked as the SEC Financial Reporting Manager at Resolute Forest Products and as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Planning at Hooker Furniture Corporation, where they coordinated and prepared SEC filings, annual reports, and proxy statements. Earlier in their career, Stone served as the SEC Reporting & Risk Management Accounting Manager at Duke Energy Corporation.

F. Barron Stone, CPA pursued their education in the field of accounting. F. Barron first obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Lander University, from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they attended Clemson University to pursue a Masters in Accounting from 1989 to 1991. Later, in January 2012, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the South Carolina State Board of Accountancy.
