Markus Bellenberg

Markus Bellenberg has extensive experience in technical customer service and product management within the automation and robotics sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global Technical Customer Service at Festo Didactic since January 2020, Markus previously held multiple roles at Festo from May 2010 to January 2020, including Global NPI Manager focusing on new product introductions and Head of Global Production IT. An earlier position included serving as Project Leader for a plant relocation project. Markus began at Festo Didactic as an Executive Assistant to the Product Supply Board, managing international training and product development. Academic qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Technology from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, complemented by studies at RWTH Aachen University and an exchange year at Henderson High School in Pennsylvania, USA.
