Julian Dabbs has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Julian is currently working at FETCH Group as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Blendev. Additionally, they have held positions such as Head of Technical Consulting at iRiS Software Systems Ltd and Chief Technology Officer at Guzman y Gomez. Julian also has experience working at Oracle as a Senior Sales Consultant. Earlier in their career, they worked at MICROS-Fidelio Asia Pacific, where they served as the Regional Product & Development Manager and Regional Product Manager for eCommerce. Julian also has experience as a Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst at Cash Services Australia, where they were responsible for implementing various projects and technologies across Australia and New Zealand. Julian began their career at Cash Services Australia as a Forecast Analyst and later transitioned into the role of Customer Support Officer, where they managed installations and maintenance for various banks. Under Julian's leadership, they were involved in several achievements, including migrating data from NAB & BNZ data warehouses, implementing cash forecasting software, and developing forecast tools.

Julian Dabbs has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, which they completed from 2009 to 2015. In 2011, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in Project Management from ILX Group. In 2008, Julian attended the Australian Institute of Management to complete a course called "Dealing With Difficult Customers". Additionally, in the same year, they took a VBA Programming for Excel course at the University of Sydney. Julian also holds a Cert IV in Business Management, specializing in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, which they earned from TAFE NSW in 2005. Prior to their higher education, Julian attended Normanhurst Boys High School from 1997 to 2002, achieving a UAI (University Admission Index) of 91.55.
