Cory Lent

Cory Lent has been working in the robotics and motion control engineering field since 2015. Cory started their career at Galil Motion Control as an Applications Engineer, where they provided engineering support for a multitude of electro-mechanical systems in diverse industries. Cory then moved to Lab2Fab® in 2018, taking on the role of Senior Controls Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Fetch Robotics as a Senior Robotic Systems Engineer.

Cory Lent completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Cosumnes River College. Cory has also obtained several certifications including Certified Solidworks Professional (CSWP) and Certified Solidworks Associate (CSWA) from Dassault Systèmes in 2018, Learn Industrial Automation from LinkedIn in 2018, and Autodesk Inventor Professional: Stress Analysis Tools, SOLIDWORKS 2017 Essential Training, SOLIDWORKS: Advanced Simulation, SOLIDWORKS: Simulation for Finite Element Analysis, SOLIDWORKS: Weldments, and Autodesk Inventor: Accelerating Design Using Standards from LinkedIn in 2018.
