Jesse Collins

Jesse Collins is a senior HR strategy and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in driving people strategy and transformation. From 2008 to 2016, Jesse served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Contract Staffing Specialists, where they focused on full-cycle recruiting and streamlined operational processes. More recently, Jesse held roles at Google, including Strategy and Operations Lead in the Office of the CPO and Global People Operations Program Manager Lead for Crisis Management, where they developed key HR processes and crisis management frameworks. Currently, Jesse is the Director of People Strategy and Internal Engagement at Fetch, continuing to advance organizational effectiveness. Jesse holds a BA in Organizational Communication from Creighton University.
