Joel Frederick

Joel Frederick has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joel'smost recent role is as a Frontend Web Developer at Fetch Rewards, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at RTI International as a Lead Developer on the College Scorecard project from September 2019 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for feature development, DevOps, client engagement, and user support.

Before joining RTI International, Joel worked as a Freelance Web Developer from October 2016 to July 2019. Joel provided development services and created custom software workflows for clients. Joel had extensive experience with LAMP/LEMP backend and modern JavaScript frontend technologies, and they were proficient in Laravel, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Vue.

From March 2014 to October 2016, Joel served as a Full Stack Web Developer at the Contra Costa Association of Realtors. Joel worked as a Family Room Specialist at Apple from September 2011 to February 2012, and as an Electronics Inspector at Gazelle from January 2011 to August 2011. In these roles, they gained skills in customer support, hardware troubleshooting, and quality control.
