Kelsey Rahilly

Kelsey Rahilly is a seasoned Senior Accountant with extensive experience in public equity offerings, acquisitions, and debt financings, as well as in conducting comprehensive audits for clients in the Medical Device and Life Sciences industries. Kelsey has held key roles at Fetch since April 2023 and previously at Forma Therapeutics from December 2020 to March 2023, along with a five-year tenure at EY, where responsibilities included supporting SEC reporting requirements and performing quarterly reviews and year-end audits. Kelsey's career began with internships, including an audit intern position at EY and an internship at Aubrey, Dixon, and Turgeon, where skills in tax returns preparation and financial statements were developed. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Roger Williams University in 2015.
