Roi Dover

Roi Dover is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Fetcherr since June 2025, following a tenure as VP of Engineering at Sightful and Locusview. Previous experience includes leadership roles at OwnBackup, where Roi held the positions of Executive VP Of Engineering and VP of Engineering, and Varonis, where Roi managed global engineering teams and the entire development lifecycle as VP of Engineering. Early career roles include team leader and software engineer positions at various companies, focusing on project management, product development, and system integration. Roi Dover holds multiple degrees from Bar-Ilan University, including an MSC in Computer Science and a BA in Logistics and Economics.
