Robert Ludwik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert began their career as a Junior Software Engineer Intern at Hotel Effectiveness in October 2018. After this, they founded their own company, QuickCode Web Design, where they served as Founder & CEO from April 2018 to June 2019. Following this, Robert worked as a Manager at both Joe's Crab Shack and The Juicy Crab for short periods in 2019. In August 2019, they joined Build Technology Group as a Software Developer until February 2021. Robert then transitioned to OTR Capital where they worked as a .NET Developer from February 2021 to August 2021. Subsequently, Robert joined The Aaron's Company, Inc. as a React Developer, contributing to front-end development and driving UI concepts from August 2021 to February 2023.
