Kendall Drew

Kendall Drew has a diverse work experience, starting as an Office Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington in 2012. They then worked as a Performer for the Madison Scouts from 2012 to 2015.

From 2013 to 2017, Kendall served as a Marching Band Instructor for various high schools, where they focused on visual details of the marching arts and achieved competitive success at the local, state, and national level.

In 2014, Kendall worked in Hospitality at Bass Performance Hall / Performing Arts Fort Worth. From 2016 to 2018, they co-founded and performed as a Tubist in a professional brass ensemble called Mid Cities Brass, which showcased at various events and received coaching from renowned musicians.

In 2018, Kendall joined Fetch Package as an Operations Manager, leading a team in fulfilling and delivering parcels. They exceeded quality standards and low instances of reimbursable events. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Launch and Learning Manager, overseeing the launch of new markets, developing operating procedures, and onboarding team members. They currently hold the position of Director of PALET, where they create standard operating procedures, enforce best practices, and develop the Operations organization.

Kendall Drew pursued their undergraduate education from 2012 to 2017 at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music.
