Nikki Branham, MBA, SHRM-CP, is a Senior HR Professional with over a decade of experience dedicated to enhancing employee experience and fostering positive organizational culture. Currently, as a Manager and HR Business Partner at Fetch, Nikki drives strategic HR initiatives, addressing complex challenges in talent management and employee engagement. Previously, Nikki served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Apex Group Ltd, where they focused on organizational design and legal compliance across the Americas.
