Ricardo Flores

Ricardo Flores has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ricardo began their career as a Cashier at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they provided customer service and handled transactions. Ricardo then participated in the Capstone Senior Design Project as a Student, where they contributed to the development of a VBA program in Excel to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Ricardo joined Amazon in 2017, initially working as an ICQA Area Manager before progressing to the role of Area Manager II and eventually Operations Manager. During their time at Amazon, they gained experience in operations management and demonstrated leadership skills. Ricardo is currently employed as an Operations Manager at Fetch.

Ricardo Flores attended Texas A&M University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
